Solveig (34) dreamt of playing in a band, having missed the opportunity in her youth. Her friends Tage and Roy got onboard, and within a year, they released their first EP. Shortly after, Tage and Solveig relocated to Senja (way up north in Norway) where they kept writing songs, and a year later the band was ready to record their first full length album. This time they got help from Halvor and Joar of Porto Geese, who flew up and turned the second floor of their 1950s house into a studio. True to the Ylmar tradition, the album was recorded in five days, capturing the songs as they found their form.
